TRIANGLE earrings : I was a bouncy castle : green & blue
Stunning earrings made with broken bouncy castle PVC and vinyl PVC off-cuts from Wyatt and Jack.
2 contrasting triangle shapes on a 25mm sterling silver hoop for pierced ears. The triangle shape means even less material is wasted from the off-cuts.
These salvaged bouncy castle earrings are made from flexible PVC and vinyl PVC, they are flat 2D shapes with a small hole that allow them to be easily removed and replaced on the silver hoops.
In 2018 I discovered the amazing bag company Wyatt and Jack, who salvage deckchair fabric, broken bouncy castles and pool inflatables and turn them into gorgeous bags. These earrings are made from the off-cuts after these materials have already been given a new lease of life. Keeping plastics in use in this circular-economy way means that they are kept out of the plastic waste crisis we are facing. Instead this plastic waste is used as a resource, and is given a second life. I use sterling silver findings so that you can keep it in use for as long as possible. At the end of its life you can recycle the silver 🌈♻️🙌
[ size and colour may vary, due to the recycled nature of our fabrics-which is also why there may be a few characterful crinkles too! ]
These earrings have small parts, which are loose on the hoop fitting and can come off easily, and are not suitable for children.
